머스크, 美정부 고강도 조직 개편의…'DOGE 장관'​

 

 

 

President-elect Donald Trump has tapped Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to head a new government agency focused on regulating federal spending.

도널드 트럼프 대통령 당선자는 연방 지출을 규제하는 새로운 정부 기관의 수장으로 일론 머스크와 비벡 라마스와미를 임명했습니다.

 

 

 

 

In a statement released Tuesday, Trump referred to the new agency as the "Department of Government Efficiency" (DOGE,) an acronym that is an apparent wink to the dog-themed cryptocurrency by the same name that started as a joke and skyrocketed after Musk promoted it.

화요일에 발표한 성명에서 트럼프는 이 새로운 기관을 "정부 효율부"(DOGE)라고 지칭했는데, 이는 농담으로 시작했지만 머스크가 이를 홍보한 후 급등했던 개를 테마로 한 암호화폐의 약자로, 같은 이름의 암호화폐에서 따온 것으로 보입니다.

Trump added that, under his plan, Musk and Ramaswamy would conclude their work by July 4, 2026, the 250th anniversary of the signing of the US Declaration of Independence.

Fire Rainbows and Circumhorizontal ArcsUnlike regular rainbows, fire rainbows—scientifically known as circumhorizontal arcs—are not caused by rain. Instead, they form when sunlight passes through ice crystals in cirrus clouds at high altitudes. The light is refracted at precise angles, producing a dazzling, multicolored band that stretches across the sky like a flame. These rare halos only appear under specific conditions: the sun must be at least 58 degrees above the horizon, and the clouds must contain hexagonal ice plates aligned horizontally. They're most often seen in summer and in regions close to the equator.
