    International Cat Day

     

    8월 8일은 전 세계 고양이 애호가들에게 국제 고양이의 날로 기념되는 특별한 날입니다. 이 행사는 국제 동물 복지 기금(IFAW)이 2002년에 고양이에 대한 인식을 높이고 보존을 촉진하기 위해 만들었습니다.

     

     

     

    Created in 2002 by the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW), International Cat Day is a day to unite cat lovers across the globe in a celebration that recognizes the unique relationship between humans and cats.

    국제 동물복지 기금(IFAW)이 2002년에 제정한 국제 고양이의 날은 인간과 고양이의 특별한 관계를 기념하는 날로, 전 세계 고양이 애호가들이 하나가 되는 날입니다.

     



     

     

     

    Around the world, it’s estimated there are 370 million pet cats, which means about a third of homes have a fluffy feline family member. All of which makes International Cat Day a big deal!

    August 8 marks the celebration of International Cat Day, an event initiated two decades ago by the International Fund for Animal Welfare to promote the protection of animals from abuse.
