동남아 각국이 코로나 백신 접종 완료자를 대상으로
입국 시 PCR검사를 폐지하고 있습니다
관광객 유치를 위해서는 PCR 검사라는 입국 '문턱'을 낮추는 것이 핵심이라고 판단한것으로 보입니다
싱가포르는 26일부터 코로나 백신 접종을 완료한 이들은
사전에 PCR 검사를 하지 않아도 무격리 입국이 가능하다고 발표했습니다.
인도네시아 정부도 이달 초부터 백신 접종 완료자를 대상으로
입국 후 체온 검사만 통과하면 PCR 검사를 안 해도 되게끔 하고 있습니다.
태국 정부도 사실상 입국 규제를 풀었습니다
Thailand Removes PCR Test Requirement
Thailand lifts RT-PCR testing requirement for international arrivals from 1 May 2022
Announced April 22, 2022,
Thailand is removing its requirement for pre-arrival and on-arrival PCR testing
for fully vaccinated international travelers.
The change takes effect May 1, 2022.
2022년 4월 22일에 발표된것으로,
태국은 백신 접종을 완료한 국제 여행자에 대한
사전 및 도착 시 PCR 검사 요건을 폐지합니다.
변경 사항은 2022년 5월 1일부터 적용됩니다.
New entry rules for vaccinated travellers:
백신 접종을 받은 여행자를 위한 새로운 입국 규정:
International travellers who are fully vaccinated will no longer be required to
show proof of a pre-arrival negative RT-PCR test nor undergo an arrival test.
백신 접종을 완료한 해외여행객은 더 이상
도착 전 음성 RT-PCR 테스트 증거를 보여주거나 도착 테스트를 받지 않아도 됩니다.
They are still required to register for a Thailand Pass with
a Certificate of COVID-19 Vaccination and an insurance policy with coverage no less than US$10,000
여전히 백신접종 접종 증명서 및 보장 범위가 US$10,000이상인 보험 증서와 함께 태국 패스를 등록해야 합니다.
Once arriving in Thailand, they will be allowed entry and are free to go anywhere in the kingdom.
태국에 도착하면 입국이 허용되며 왕국의 어느 곳이든 자유롭게 갈 수 있습니다.
New entry rules for unvaccinated travellers:
International travellers who are unvaccinated or are not fully vaccinated will also no longer be required to show proof of a pre-arrival negative RT-PCR test nor undergo an arrival test.
They are required to register for a Thailand Pass with a 5-day hotel booking and an insurance policy with coverage no less than US$10,000.
Once arriving in Thailand, they must proceed to undergo the quarantine for 5 days and undergo an RT-PCR test on Day 5.
Exception is made for unvaccinated travellers who are able to upload proof of a negative RT-PCR test within 72 hours of travel via the Thailand Pass system, they – like those fully vaccinated – will be allowed entry and are free to go anywhere in the kingdom.
While in Thailand, both vaccinated and unvaccinated travellers are advised to strictly follow health and safety standards. Travellers who are experiencing COVID-like symptoms should get tested. If testing positive, they must get the appropriate medical treatment.
예방 접종을 받지 않은 여행자를 위한 새로운 입국 규칙:
예방 접종을 하지 않았거나 예방 접종을 완료하지 않은 해외 여행자도
더 이상 도착 전 음성 RT-PCR 테스트의 증거를 제시하거나 도착 테스트를 받지 않아도 됩니다.
5일짜리 호텔 예약과 US$10,000 이상의 보험이 포함된 태국 패스에 등록해야 합니다.
태국에 도착하면 5일간 자가격리를 거쳐 5일차에 RT-PCR 검사를 받아야 합니다.
태국 패스 시스템을 통해 72시간 이내에 음성 RT-PCR 테스트 증거를 업로드할 수 있는
미접종 여행자의 경우 예외가 허용되며,
예방 접종을 완료한 여행자와 마찬가지로 입국이 허용되며 왕국 내 어디든 자유롭게 이동할 수 있습니다. .
태국에 있는 동안 예방 접종을 받은 여행자와 예방 접종을 받지 않은 여행자 모두
건강 및 안전 기준을 엄격하게 준수하는 것이 좋습니다.
COVID-유사 증상을 겪고 있는 여행자는 검사를 받아야 합니다.
양성 반응이 나오면 적절한 치료를 받아야 합니다.
